Sequence Alignment (cont.)
Previous
The unique Table View function is designed to quickly and precisely identify the mismatches between two aligned sequences. After the aligning process, the two sequences are aligned vertically in two adjacent columns, and each base position relative to its 5’ end is precisely marked. The Show Mismatch feature in the Table View creates a list of mismatched base pairs, which can be transferred to other data editors or databases.
The Page View function creates a whole sequence alignment for easy viewing, editing, storing and presentation.
