Sequence Retrieving
Objective: Selectively batch-retrieve sequences from a Q-fasta file using a list of Accession (ACCN), Genebank identification (GI) numbers or your own sequence IDs.
The ability to batch-retrieve sequences from your own sequence collections
gives you more power in dealing with large amounts of sequences
and saves you time compared to downloading them from outside sources.
The Sequence Retrieving utility in GeneLooper™ 2.0 provides a fast
and easy way to batch-retrieve sequences from your sequence collections,
even including those created by you or your organization so long
as you have the sequences in a Q-fasta file and a list of IDs.
